In our Ardyss business,we have been asked by several people where is the best place they can find targeted prospects for their Ardyss products and Ardyss business.
You see, the answer to that question all depends on who you ask, and when you ask us this is exactly what we will tell you.
Those who apply the Old School of thought for finding targeted prospects will tell you that before you even begin to try to work your “cold market” (people you have no personal relationship with), you should “make a list” of friends and family and contact them, first.
The problem with this is most people cringe when they hear that answer because more often times than not, if you are a true network marketer, you have done more than one business before you enrolled as an Ardyss Independent Distributor.

Then, the Old Schoolers will tell you that you should apply the “3 Foot Rule”.
This is where you tell someone who comes within three feet of you about your Ardyss business.

First, most people would rather wrestle with an anaconda than approach someone they don’t know about a business opportunity…even one as dynamic as Ardyss!
And two, most people who get over there initial fear and decide to give this supposed business-building technique a try usually do it all wrong.
They approach any and everybody about their opportunity instead of being selective and keeping an eye out for sharp-looking individuals who might show an interest in their Ardyss business.
After people in the grocery store, dry cleaners or line at the movie theater literally running away from them like they are psychopaths, it usually destroys that person’s will to put themselves in a position to be rejected ever again!
Lastly, the Old School guru may tell you to try buying some leads and cold-calling them to try to build your Ardyss business.
Again, there are two obstacles that have to be overcome with this process of marketing.
