But something more important has taken place: you gained that person’s trust and respect.
So, when you do get the answers they are seeking, they will happily buy from you or join your Ardyss team, most times, without you ever having to ask them to do so!
The bottom line is: There is no crime in saying, “I don’t know.” Just follow those three simple words with, “I can find out and get back to you.”, and you will get a sale or new team member if the person is genuinely serious about placing an order or starting an Ardyss business.

People are smarter than you think, so make every effort to treat them that way.
