After a recent phone call from an Ardyss prospect I talked to months ago about Ardyss, I decided to make a quick blog post.

Your success in Ardyss will have a lot of moving parts and depend on several factors. Of course, your ability to prospect is very high on that list. One mistake a lot of Ardyss distributors make is closing the door on a person who is not ready or willing to join their Ardyss team, RIGHT NOW.

For most Ardyss representatives, it is hard enough to find quality people to share the Ardyss story with, so you don’t want to run them off, by treating them like a number instead of a person.

I spoke to a lady from another state about 4 months ago who was looking at Ardyss as a possible business opportunity, but the timing in her life was not right to get started at that very moment. Rather than pressing her to join, I made her feel and understand that business is about timing and when the time was right for her, I was here to help her get started and grow her business.

If you do this in your Ardyss business, you will set yourself apart from 95% of the people in the network marketing, home based business arena. If you treat people like you would like to be treated, then you will stick out in their mind, so when the timing is right for them, they will remember you and join your business.

This is exactly what happened in my case. The young lady from Minnesota contacted me and is ready to join my Ardyss LIFE Team now that the timing is right in her life to start her Ardyss business!

 If you’re one of those people who has been playing around with the idea of working from home with Ardyss International,  it’s time to take action!

This may sound really harsh, but the fact of the matter is, the only people who will change their lives in Ardyss are the people who are willing to get in the game and take massive action.

Ask yourself this, if you’re not willing to work your Ardyss business now, when will you EVER be willing to do it? For most of us, the answer is simply never. So if you’ve been thinking and dreaming about how great it would be to work from home with Ardyss, it is time to make your move.

Here are the first few steps you need to take to make your dream a reality.

Step 1

If you don’t know what you want out of your Ardyss business, take some time and dig deep to find out your “WHY”. Why did you or do you want to join Ardyss? And let me help you, Money is not a strong enough, “WHY”. Your reasons and goals have to be bigger and deeper than just money. What will the money allow you and your loved ones to do? Write down your top 20 reasons and keep them somewhere you can see every single day.

Step 2

Make a list of people that you can contact about your Ardyss business and products. Your number one resource is people. Ardyss is a network marketing company, which means we are in the people business more than anything else. Yes, the Ardyss Body Magic is awesome, but you still need people to show and demo the Body Magic shaper garment to.

So write down as many names as you can come up with, and start to contact them with the help of your upline. You can invite your contacts to an Ardyss showcase, get them on a 3-way call, an Ardyss conference call and more. Again, you will need the help of your upline, so make sure when you join Ardyss as an independent distributor, you join with someone who is able and willing to help you grow and market your business.

Step 3

Finally, commit to MASSIVE action for the next 12 months of working your Ardyss business. You will need to lay out your detailed plan of action. Obviously, the person who brought you into the business should be able to help you out with this a lot. You need to know exactly what you should be doing each and every day to grow your business in the next 12 months and beyond. If you don’t have a plan, how do you ever expect to succeed? Failing to plan is planning to fail!

If you follow these three steps and you really make an effort to take serious action, you’ll be well on your way to making your dream of working full time from home in your Ardyss business a reality!

Self improvement is important no matter what kind of work you do, but in your Ardyss business it is essential. If you’re not constantly improving upon yourself and growing then your Ardyss business won’t be growing either.

Self improvement doesn’t necessarily mean that there’s something wrong with you. All humans need to grow and make themselves better constantly. It might feel like work but it will make you a whole lot of a happier person in the long run.

There is an unlimited amount of self improvement books out there and you’ll have to choose the one that is right for you. Also, remember that just because you want to get better in your Ardyss business doesn’t mean you have to buy a self improvement book about business. That’s because most of the time when you work on one part of you the rest will get better.

So if you read a book about how to relax that won’t just help you with your personal life it will help you with, family, business, weight loss and every area of your life.

The best thing to do is to pick a book that really interests you. That way it won’t feel like work and you’ll be excited about reading it. You can also pick up many books on tape or CD, this can help people who are super busy and don’t feel like they have a ton of time to sit down and just read.

It also can be helpful to buy a book that has a study guide that goes along with it. Many people learn better when they get to be a part of the learning process and a study guide will help you become a part of what you’re learning.

Finally, if you want to improve upon yourself you’re going to need to really look at yourself and be honest. Because if you can’t be honest with yourself you’re never going to be able to grow. What parts of your life do you need help with? Find a self improvement book that’s right for you and your Ardyss business will be that much better for it.

One of the absolute best things about working your Ardyss business from home is that you can work when you want to work. You aren’t bound by a boss or regular business hours. If you want to take the day off to go with your son or daughter on a field trip you can do that or if you want to take a long lunch and just relax for a while you can do that too.

However, if you really want to take your Ardyss business to the next level and be as successful as possible you need to have business hours… here’s why.

Keep in mind that when I say business hours I don’t mean that they have to be 9-5 Monday through Friday. They can be from 7 at night until 11 at night or 6 in the morning until your kids get out of school at 3. Whatever and whenever they are doesn’t really matter. It just matters that you have them and you stick to them.

See a lot of people Ardyss reps who work from home tend to think they’re working a lot harder than they actually are. That’s because they might be doing 5 minutes here or 20 minutes there and because they’re working through the whole day they feel like they’ve gotten a lot done when actually they’ve barely worked at all.

If you live with other people like a spouse, kids or a roommate you’ll want to make sure that they all know that during your specific work hours you need to be left to do your work. That doesn’t mean that you have to shut yourself off from the world for hours and hours a day. You can still pick your kids up from school and hang out with them, but when it’s time to work it’s time to work!

When you know you’re getting plenty of work time in you can relax knowing that all your hard work and effort will soon pay off. Bottom line, work your Ardyss business when you need to work and relax when you need to relax, it’s all about balance and boundaries.

Set your Ardyss business hours and stick with them and you’ll see results in your Ardyss business a whole lot sooner.

Ask most people in the Ardyss home based business opportunity and they will tell you they are on their way to a huge income working their Ardyss business from home. However, if your goal is to make $100,000 a year or more you are going to have to start off with much smaller goals if you ever really want to get there. In this article we’re going to be talking about small goals and how they can build up to huge results.

Making 6 figures a year working from home in your Ardyss business is a lot like losing weight. You have to do it one pound at a time. If you are planning on losing 50 pounds you run the risk of getting completely overwhelmed and giving up halfway. However, if you focus on losing 1 or 2 pounds a week your goal will seem much more doable and it will keep you focused and motivated until you reach your big goal.

So instead of only thinking about making $100,000 a year with Ardyss why not focus on making $2000 a month to start. Then once you’ve met that goal move to $4000 a month and so on and so on until you are at your 6 figure goal.

It is also important to remember that not all goals have to be monetary. A very good goal could be to call 30 people 5 days a week about your Ardyss business. Or make 5 new YouTube videos a week. You could also make your goal to sign up 4 new people into Ardyss this month. This is a very doable goal!

When you focus on smaller things that you can accomplish faster you will get that feeling of meeting a goal and feeling accomplished more and more frequently and that will be the fuel you will need if you are going to be successful long term with Ardyss.

So don’t look at your Ardyss goals as a giant mountain to be climbed. Just wake up every day and take a few steps in the right direction. It might seem like you are never going to get there but if you are consistent and focused on the smaller goals you will reach the top of Ardyss iin no time!
